Our Story
The treeline is the in-between space: where one emerges from forest and enters the alpine zone. Beyond this space, one can see farther and breath more deeply, but it marks the transition to greater risk, exposure, and complexity - and opportunity. Our developmental work is built here: with deep care, we explore this boundary with individuals, teams, and organizations through facilitation, coaching, and immersive experiences.
Our Work
We work with top teams, start-up founders, rising leaders - all manner of human beings that are striving to build inclusive, aware, and goal-oriented teams and organizations. We focus on development - not more content or skills practice - to achieve real change. Equipped with the mindsets, habits, and awareness they need, these leaders are pointed at real problems in the world. Teams of leaders, once formed, can then get to the real work of provoking change, creating value, and building a more sustainable and just world.
